William Turcios Chef & Partner at ITA started off in the industry working at Sal’s family restaurant Matteo’s (sold back in 2008) at the young age of 15 years old. William has worked in French-American and Italian cuisine. His roster of restaurants as a head chef were Carlyne on the green, 388, and the Inn at great neck hotel.
